  • The Vancouver Welsh Men's Choir has announced its four-show 2026 holiday concert schedule. Their Merry & Bright performances will take place in Vancouver, North Vancouver and Aldergrove, with great-value tickets available for each show (new posted October 2).

  • North Vancouver's Shipyards Christmas Market will bring its hugely popular, admission-free holiday market concept to Langley this year, with the creation of the brand new Langley Christmas Village. The exact location has just been announced, along with some of the features visitors will find when they visit (news updated September 28).

  • The date for this year's much-loved Christmas Wish Breakfast at the Pan Pacific Hotel in downtown Vancouver has been announced. This year's event will take place on Tuesday December 15 (news posted September 23).

 

  • he Firehall Arts Centre has announced the return of Krystle Dos Santos for its 2026 holiday show. A Holiy Jolly Jamboree sees the Vancouver-based star singing a toe-tapping array of great Christmas tunes, complete with special guests and a top-notch band (news posted September 23).

  • Forbidden Vancouver has announced the 2026 dates for its hugely popular Holiday History & Hot Chocolate Tour. This year's guided walks will operate in downtown Vancouver from November 15 to January 9 (news posted September 22).

 

  • The St. Paul's Hospital Lights of Hope display in downtown Vancouver has announced that its start date for 2026 will be  November 12. This is the final year for the sparkling display, with the hospital moving to its brand new site across the city in 2027 (news posted September 22).

  • Cirque du Soleil will be pitching its Big Top in Vancouver this holiday season, with its Luzia shows running from November 4 to December 13 (news posted September 16).

  • Lights at Lafarge, the region's largest admission-free holiday lights display, has announced the date for its 2026 opening night. This year's run will kick-off with a gratis party for a everyone on November 27 (news posted September 3).

  • After a five-year run for its popular holiday production, A Winter's Twist, North Vancouver's Lamondance has announced a brand new show for 2026. This year's family-friendly dance spectacular is called Alice in Winterland.(news posted August 25).

  • Alongside its high-kicking holiday spectacular, 42nd Street, Richmond's Gateway Theatre has announced an additional early festive season show on November 13 and 14. Songs for a New World will be staged in the nearby Minoru Chapel historic venue (news posted August 22).​

  • Winter Harp has announced the dates for its 2026 Christmas concert series in BC, including several in and around Vancouver. The medieval instrument specialists will perform shows from December 4 to December 22 this year (news posted August 18).

  • The much-loved East Van Panto has announced the theme for its 14th annual extravaganza at the city's York Theatre. This year's show is entitled Hercules and tells the story of "Herc" from a decidedly local perspective (news posted August 15).​​​​​​​​​​
