What (from 2022): Every year, the tree-lined 1.2km pathway around Lafarge Lake is transformed into a multi-hued, light-speckled promenade, inviting leisurely strolls with festive-minded locals and visitors (who often arrive via the nearby SkyTrain line station). Explore the different themed areas among the shimmering displays and plan your visits for the various special evenings (last year, that including caroling, craft workshops and free hot chocolate nights). Alternatively, make a party of it by dropping by for the grand Opening Night, complete with buskers, entertainment, food trucks and more.
