Lights at Lafarge (2026)

What is it? Every year, the tree-lined 1.2km pathway around Coquitlam's Lafarge Lake is transformed into a multi-hued, light-speckled promenade, inviting leisurely strolls with festive-minded locals and visitors (who often arrive via the nearby SkyTrain line station). Explore the different themed areas among the shimmering displays and plan your visits for the various special evenings (in previous years, that has including carolling, craft workshops and free hot chocolate nights). Alternatively, make a party of it by dropping by for the opening night kick-off event on November 27 (5pm to 8pm), complete with performers, live music, food trucks and more.

When is it? November 27, 2026 to February 2027

Where is it? Town Centre Park, 1299 Pine Tree Way, Coquitlam
