What (Information from 2023): Gingerbread Lane is back for its 31st year at downtown's Hyatt Regency Hotel! Look out for delicious-looking gingerbread constructions, submitted by professional cooks and enthusiastic amateur teams alike. There are usually a few recurring themes every year––the North Pole, the Grinch and Charlie Brown's Christmas––but it's fun to amble between the entries and spot the super-clever deployment of candies, icing sugar and breakfast cereal....plus the occasional 'glass' window made from sugar sheets in some of the more elaborate buildings. If you're visiting with kids (or greedy adults) try to prevent them from picking the candies off the models!
