What (Information from 2023): This year, why not treat yourself and your loved ones to a sumptuous feast fully befitting of the festive season? You'll find several tempting options at Vancouver's white-tablecloth ARC Restaurant––located in the swish Fairmont Waterfront Hotel––but be sure to book ahead: there are only a few sittings for each meal. On December 24 and 25, the restaurant is offering a seasonal bottomless brunch with a  huge array of lovely dishes (including turkey, beef bourguignon, eggs florentine and much more). Alternatively, book a bacchanalian four-course Christmas Eve or Christmas Day Dinner, with decadent menu options ranging from perfectly roasted turkey to silky sable fish cippiono (plus a sticky gingerbread pudding that may become your new favourite dessert). Once Christmas is concluded, of course, New Year is just around the corner. Dress up in your party finery and dive into the restaurant's signature celebrations: there are two New Year's Eve Dinner sittings to choose from (one early and one late). Both include a delightful multi-course meal and live music with the latter including a six-course menu and that all-important midnight countdown. Need a pick-me-up the next day?
