What: An easy 45-minute drive from Vancouver delivers and your family you to this charmingly rustic, seasonally decorated horse ranch that’s all about celebrating the simpler, traditional side of the holiday season. Your admission ticket includes a maze, wagon rides, kid-friendly games, snow-themed ball pit, cookie-decorating, Christmas tree display, a nativity scene, exhibits exploring festive customs and even a petting zoo––complete with a llama, donkey, goats, miniature horses and more. Pony rides for under-12s are also available ($8 extra) and there’s a well-priced onsite café for fuelling up (chilli bowl recommended). Keep in mind that while most of the ranch’s festive features are indoors, dressing warmly is required so you can fully enjoy the site’s outdoor attractions as well.
