What is it? (Information from 2025) A beloved holiday tradition since 1978, wrap-up warmly and bring the entire family to Steveston Village for this early-evening festive treat. With illuminated floats, costumed characters, seasonal music and much more, the sparkling community parade starts at 4th Avenue and Regent Street and progresses to the parking lot at Chatham Street and 4th Avenue. And the finale?
