Vancouver Christmas Guide profile: Back for its 7th annual edition the holiday-hugging festive version of the year-round New West Farmers Market includes a huge array of 90+ local vendors and artisans––which means you'll find lots of Christmas gift ideas for all those stubborn holdouts on your 2026 pressie list. This is also a great venue for picking-up fresh produce for your holiday table; all the food products sold at the market are grown, raised or baked right here in B.C. But it's not just about shopping. You'll also discover a warm and ever-welcoming Yuletide vibe––including a full serving of live music and other performances throughout the site on both days. Bring the family along, since there will also be plenty of free kids activities, especially in the dedicated Sprout Club tent. And make sure you arrive hungry: this holiday market always has a belly-bulging menu of food vendors––and since it's not December 25 yet, you can certainly indulge in a delicious treat or three before you head home.
