What (from 2022): Music on Main's beloved annual Christmastime concert is a highly anticipated holiday season highlight for in-the-know fans. Settle in to your seat at this historic candlelit venue and you'll be transported by an evening of immersive, soul-warming sounds. This year's brilliantly-curated set includes songs by Robyn Jacob (from Vancouver band Only a Visitor); gorgeous solo cello melodies by J.S. Bach; Alfredo Santa Ana’s mesmerizing A Short Song for the Longest Night; and regular Solstice favourite Winter Carol by Caroline Shaw. On stage this year are Rachel Kiyo Iwaasa (pictured), Robyn Jacob, Asitha Tennekoon and Jonathan Lo.
