Candlelight Parade

What is it? B.C.’s biggest nighttime holiday parade is celebrating its 40th sparkling edition in 2026! Gather all your friends and family and head over to downtown Mission for a magical evening of glittering floats, marching bands, illuminated tractors, toe-tapping live music and a Christmastime community welcome that’s warmer than a steaming mug of hot chocolate. Santa and Mrs Claus always receive the biggest cheer from the thousands of parade spectators, of course, but arrive a couple of hours before the 6pm start time and you’ll also find lots of fun festive activities to enjoy––from face-painting to letters to Santa and from live performances to local holiday shopping and much more.
