Christmas by Candlelight
What: A soothing and restorative antidote to the nerve-fraying hustle and bustle of the festive season, book ahead for an exceptional, richly tranquil Yuletide performance presented by the internationally renowned Vancouver Chamber Choir, Canada's longest-running professional choir. You'll enjoy a delightfully evocative candlelit church setting as you sit back and immerse yourself in a transportive, spine-tingling concert filled with soaring voices and enchanting music. The playbill of seasonal treats planned for this year's show includes In Winter's House, Mary Called it an Angel, Earth Grown Old and the world premiere of A La Puerta Del Cielo, an innovative setting of a Spanish carol by composer Chris Sivak. Be sure to reserve your tickets early, though: only three performances are planned and these concerts are always hugely popular.
