What: North Vancouver's ever-popular lofty hot spot has never looked better: studded with twinkling fairy lights like a shimmering necklace strung across the vast, tree-lined canyon. The lights spill over into the rest of the park as well, which means gem-like additions to the Cliffwalk and surrounding trees. But it's not all about snapping selfies in the middle of the bridge while your legs turn to jelly: there's also live seasonal music and plenty of kid-friendly fun including craft stations, scavenger hunts and gingerbread cookie decorating. Note: Capilano is opens from 11am to 9pm in winter but the Christmas activities start daily from 4pm. Read our exclusive story on Capilano Canyon Lights here.
