What (from 2022): Head to East Van's hip Waldorf Hotel for this fun-tastic indoor/outdoor evening event complete with live music, festive cocktails, warming bonfires and more than 30 intriguing food brands and ethical businesses. Food-wise, the focus is firmly on sustainable, plant-based dishes––which makes this a great alternative holiday market as well as a chance to sample and discover some delicious food that doesn't involve animals. Expect a great party atmosphere and don't forget to bring a suitable donation for entry (see below).
