What: Head to Vancouver's charming, hidden gem Pacific Theatre for what may be the hit holiday show of the season: a world premiere production of JRR Tolkien's magical masterpiece, The Hobbit, created by playwright Kim Selody. Join unlikely, hairy-footed hero Bilbo Baggins as he opens his door to a mysterious wizard and ultimately launches headlong into an epic quest––complete with trolls, dragons, elves and, of course, that "precious" ring. Brilliantly brought to life by two energetic, highly talented performers, this show is storytelling at its best. Be sure to book ahead as early as possible, though, since this is a small studio theatre with only a limited number of seats.
